Refund & Return Policy

At The Tiny Bouquet – Flowers, Gifts, & More, we’re committed to delighting you with every order. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our Refund & Returns process works:

Fresh Flowers — No Returns Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

1. We’re unable to accept returns on bouquets or floral arrangements.

If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We’ll take care of it promptly.

2. Gifts, Apparel & Non-Perishables

For in-store purchases of gift items, tumblers, apparel, and non-floral products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase. You may choose between a full refund or store credit.

3. Online Orders (Gifts & Non-Perishables)

If ordered online: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please email us at [Insert Business Email] with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return Process

We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll contact you and process your refund or store credit. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after item receipt.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value (subject to availability). Please let us know what you’d like exchanged, along with your order details. If the new item costs more, an additional payment will be required.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our goal is for your order to arrive perfectly every time. If you receive a damaged item or one that isn’t what you ordered: Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and details.

We’ll arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit—whatever works best for you, hassle-free.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference. Expect refunds to appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
